Having always had a passion for the bridal fashion industry I launched Sophia Grace Couture in 2015.

After searching for perfect premises I found the beautiful Georgian building which is now home to Sophia Grace Couture. It took me some time to carry out the refurbishment and shall I say tears and a lot of tantrums, however when brides walk through the doors and go ‘wow’, to me it was all worth it.

Helping a bride find her dream dress and watch her confidence grow when she looks at herself in the mirror for the very first time is just an amazing feeling. It is absolutely wonderful to be part of a brides wedding journey, from choosing the dress and helping accessorise it is just magical.

When we receive photographs from our brides after their wedding day I have to say I have a real proud mummy moment.

STYLIST

You will often see Hannah modelling our gowns, she just cannot help herself!

Having worked in high end retail prior to joining Sophia Grace Couture Hannah has a real passion for styling brides – that is why we call her Gok-Hannah! Hannah’s attention to detail is second to none, well she is Naydene’s daughter after all. When Hannah put’s a gown on she immediately starts to visualize what a bride might feel about the dress, what customization we could offer should this be required and also what accessories would work well. Being part of our buying team Hannah helps select dresses from our designers that we showcase in the boutique, therefore when you try a dress on, it might have been one that Hannah has hand-picked for the boutique.

STYLIST

Ines joined our team in 2019 and has worked in the bridal industry for many years. Her love of bridal started with work experience in a bridal boutique at just 15, and then went on to become a Saturday Girl where she fell in love with making brides dress dreams come true. Over 10 years later she still loves the industry as she says, ‘no two brides are the same and it’s such a lovely experience each and every time a bride finds her dream dress. I love watching a bride’s vision become reality, whether it be through exploring customisation options or encouraging them to gently step out of their comfort zone to find their perfect gown’.

Ines loves classic, timeless glamour with a modern twist, so, as she says she has found her perfect boutique. In 2023, Ines became a Sophia Grace Couture bride herself, choosing two dresses from our collection for her very own big day!

STYLIST

Charlotte gained two years of bridal styling experience whilst studying. Having explored different career options since then, Charlotte has recently rediscovered her passion for the bridal industry and found herself back in her dream job styling brides at Sophia Grace Couture.

‘’Having a hand in making brides feel like the best version of themselves for their wedding day is such a special feeling. Seeing brides see themselves in the mirror feeling empowered and being so excited about getting married in the dress of their dreams makes this the best job in the world’’.

We can’t forget our little four legged team members. Naydene brings Casper and Minnie to work most days, well not on the weekend, those are their chill out days! Although they are generally not on the boutique floor when we have appointments, they can often be seen lazing around in the kitchen or office.
